  • Is real estate appraisal work still a good career?

I want to get my license to do commercial and residential real estate apprasials, but I am worried about the current real estate market. Is this still a good career to pursue, or is the market really ending for this type of business? How much money do appraisal workers make annually? Thanks for any info!

The real estate market is starting to take a dive. What would be a good profession for myself to go into?

I have been in the real estate market for about 7 years. I started as a Loan Coordinator, then credit officer/assoc. underwriter, call center manager, Product manager. The market is slowly disappearing, I’m unemployed now. I think I should try another field, maybe Financial planning. I don’t know if this market is already saturated, with other fellow real estate professionals. The market is only going to get worse, what should I do?

Does becoming a licensed real estate agent/broker before buying your home save you money?

I am planning to buy a home around 0K in New York City. I’m wondering if I will save any money by becoming a licensed real estate agent/broker (I realize I have to take the test and pass) and then purchasing the home for myself. I would think that by doing this, I would save the broker commission that I would otherwise be paying another real estate agent/broker. Is this a valid assumption? Please provide any information about this. Thanks a lot.

I am 16, and planning on going in real estate because it seems like hard work in that business pays off compared to other places and because I am very persuasive. When I start my junior year at my high school.. I have about 2 free clases what do you think I should take that will help me with real estate? I am going to go to "cal state san bernardino" after I graduate high school. So what clases do you guys suggest I should take there and what should I major in.. that will ultimately help me with my real estate journey. Also someone suggested to me I should get insurance..220 license ,real estate, mortgage license? can someone explain to me what all that does?

What is the difference between a real estate broker and real estate agent?

I was wondering what the difference was between a real estate broker and a real estate agent? How long would you have to go to school to be either one? I pretty much got my answer to this question. Can a real estate broker act as both a broker as well as the agent? I plan on starting my own realty but want to do both jobs.

I am interested in going into real estate when I finish college and have been looking around at schools. Century 21 offers their own course (3 weeks) and another real estate company offers one for 6 weeks while the community college offers one for 8 months that trains you how to appraise and broker as well as just getting your license to sell. Which program is best and what is the difference between being a real estate agent (seller) and a broker? The costs range from 0-00

been down the road with flea and tick collars. Most seem to work when they are new. After the first month it's down hill all the way. Also, after having problems with another brand and was looking for something that was vet recommended. This comes with that recommendation. However the proof is in the pudding as they say -- or in this case the pussy cat.

This stuff does what is say. It stops fleas. So do your pets the favor. They will thank you. It's given once a month on their shoulder blades. Nothing I have ever used works this good.

    Enough said.

Caution: Some cats get determined to twist themselves in a pretzel to lick this. I can caused them to foam at the mouth and make them hyper for about 24 hours after. Solution is easy. Take an old sock and trim the toes for an opening for kitty's head and the cut two arm holes. Makes a kitty' vest and will keep them from licking their shoudlers. Keep them in it for about 24-36 hours. No problems.

    INCREDIBLE !!!!!!

I've used powders, I've used flea dips and flea shampoos and sprays flea combs.I then even resorted to garlic in their diets and on their fur..........nothing worked.

Then I tried Frontline, with my discouragement. Fleas are tough !

Frontline got rid of my ENTIRE FLEA PROBLEM.
    great product and service

    Best Flea Control

Since I have two dogs who go outside, I need to protect my dogs and my cats.

If I use Frontline on my dogs early on, my dogs Frontline drops will sicken the fleas even if they hop onto my cats, they die pretty quickly and it won't even be necessary to apply Frontline to my cats(since they're always inside)

I did need this on all my cats years ago when Elsa ran away and back inside the fleas jumped onto every other cat. Cats whose blood is being sucked by fleas really suffer and the every minute scratching takes a lot out of them.

Years ago, I remember the process of flea combing and the strain it put on cats. I hated putting flea powder on them, because cats lick their fur endlessly and I don't trust the chemicals they ingest while licking with powders on.

How many happy pets can now live flea free thanks to these drops. I tried other brands Advantage and others, but thay were not hardly as effective.

I highly recommend these drops, especially to owners of outdoor cats or cats who go in and outside. I'm sure there are millions of dogs and cats whose lives have improved with the use of this product.
